Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Curriculum Developer
to design, develop, and enhance learning programs aligned with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design expertise, a solid understanding of educational best practices, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences in collaboration with subject matter experts and training teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop curricula, learning modules, and educational resources for the target audience.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Create instructional materials including lesson plans, e-learning content, assessments, and guides.
  • Apply instructional design theories to develop engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Research emerging educational trends and technologies.
  • Review and update existing curricula to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure all learning materials comply with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Support trainers and facilitators with program delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years' experience in curriculum or instructional design.
  • Strong understanding of learning theories and assessment techniques.
  • Experience creating both digital and classroom-based learning materials.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with LMS and e-learning authoring tools is an advantage.
