This dual model allows them to combine grant-funded interventions with market-driven solutions for lasting community empowerment.We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position BelowJob Title: Case WorkerLocations: (Shani and Jere LGAs) – Borno and (Mubi South, Michika, and Madagali LGAs) – AdamawaEmployment Type: Full-timeSlot: 7 PositionsJob DescriptionThey are seeking seven dedicated Case Workers to provide essential support to vulnerable individuals and families in Borno State (Shani and Jere LGAs) and Adamawa State (Mubi South, Michika, and Madagali LGAs).The successful candidates will be responsible for managing individual cases, ensuring all clients receive timely and appropriate assistance, and coordinating with other service providers to meet their needs.This role is crucial for delivering compassionate and effective humanitarian aid to conflict-affected communities.ResponsibilitiesCase Management: Conduct assessments to identify the needs of vulnerable individuals and families. This includes developing and implementing case plans, providing direct support, and making referrals to specialised services such as health, legal, and psychosocial support.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential case files for all clients. This involves documenting all interactions, services provided, and progress toward case goals. Prepare regular reports on case management activities and challenges.Service Coordination: Work closely with other Bincike International teams, local authorities, and partner organisations to ensure a coordinated and holistic response to client needs.Community Engagement: Build trust and rapport with community members to identify new cases and ensure the program is accessible and relevant to the needs of the population.Safeguarding: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and client safety, ensuring all activities are conducted in line with Bincike International's safeguarding policies and a do-no-harm approach.RequirementsEducational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field.Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, social work, or a related field, preferably within a humanitarian or non-profit setting. Experience working in the specified LGAs is a plus.Knowledge: Strong understanding of humanitarian principles and best practices in case management. Familiarity with the social and cultural context of Borno and Adamawa states is essential.SkillsExcellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.The ability to work under pressure, manage a high caseload, and maintain a professional demeanour.Fluency in English and a local language relevant to the specific LGA (e.g., Hausa, Kanuri, Marghi) is required.Application Closing Date26th October, 2025.Don't Keep Kindly Share:
