Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat platforms.
  • Assist customers with account issues, loan inquiries, repayments, and complaints.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and repayment processes.
  • Record customer interactions and update accounts accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with credit, collections, and operations teams to improve customer experience.
  • Generate reports on customer inquiries, feedback, and service performance.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, patience, and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM / loan management software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions.
  • Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
  • Must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
