Job Overview

The Retail Supervisor oversees the full operations of telecom retail stores in the region, ensuring high sales performance, excellent customer experience, and strong operational compliance. The role manages store teams, supports new store openings, and drives continuous improvement across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening activities for new telecom stores, including recruitment, merchandising, materials preparation, and launch execution to achieve early sales targets.
• Manage daily operations of existing stores, ensuring effective inventory control, product display compliance, and prevention of stockouts or slow-moving items.
• Oversee recruitment, supervision, and performance of store staff, while maintaining team stability and motivation.
• Execute telecom store events including promotions, device launches, customer engagements, and experience-driven activities.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure standard operating procedures, strengthen customer relationships, gather feedback, and provide immediate solutions.

Requirements

• Strong retail management experience, preferably in telecoms or consumer electronics. Solid understanding of store operations, merchandising, and customer management. Ability to lead teams and drive consistent sales performance.

Pay: Up to ₦350,000.00 per month
