Diretor Of Farms

We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager / Head of Operations to oversee and coordinate all agricultural activities across the farm. This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and hands-on management to ensure optimal productivity, sustainability, and profitability. The ideal candidate is highly organized, knowledgeable in modern farming practices, and capable of managing both people and processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

• Oversee daily farm activities, including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and livestock care (if applicable).
• Develop and implement operational plans, farm schedules, and production targets.
• Ensure efficient use of farm equipment, inputs, and resources.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, Farm Management, or related field. (OND/HND with strong experience may be considered.) 4–7+ years of experience in farm operations or agricultural management. Strong knowledge of crop production and/or livestock management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in farm management tools, record-keeping, and basic computer applications. Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage a large workforce. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
