Job DescriptionSupport field implementation of HES systems and programs
Develop, Monitor and ensure compliance with the HES management systems.
Identify HES training needs, organize and coordinate HES programs and activities
Monitor and report HES performance
Review and update HES practices, including emergency procedures, annually implement the emergency response program
QualificationsA degree in Engineering or Science, preferably Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 5 years minimum experience, or HND with a minimum of 8 years experience in HES in the oil & gas industry
Excellent communication and listening strong interpersonal skills
Excellent team work
Knowledge of safety, health and environment management systems.
Risk assessment and management
Inspections and auditing
Incident investigations
Emergency response planning
Performance metrics and indicators
Training and communication methods
