SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a passion for meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify leads through networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and buying behaviours.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the product or service offering to existing customers.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Professional certification is a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Software Proficiency:

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.

Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey product information and persuade customers.

Team Collaboration:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Adaptability:

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
