Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Regional Sales Head at Ecogreen Nigeria. The Regional Sales Head will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, designing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing key client accounts, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring the regional sales team, conducting market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring optimal team performance. Collaboration with multiple departments to align sales strategies with organizational goals will also be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills for driving revenue and fostering client relationships
- Account Management experience to manage key clients and maintain long-term partnerships
- Team Management skills for leading, mentoring, and motivating a regional sales team
- Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is an advantage
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
