RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and evaluate the financial performance of each store, including revenue, operating costs, and profit margins
  • Compare actual performance against targets, budgets, and historical trends.
  • Identify which stores are generating optimal returns and which are underperforming.
  • Analyze payback periods and profitability ratios to guide strategic investment decisions.
  • Assess capital and operational expenditures such as rent, utilities, payroll, and inventory costs to determine overall store efficiency.
  • Present insights that support decision-making on store expansion, closure, or restructuring.
  • Prepare detailed ROI and store profitability reports for management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (or progress toward one) such as ICAN, ACCA, or CFA is an advantage.
  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

Job Type: Full-time
