We are looking for a skilled Cinematographer & Video Editor with expertise in AI-powered editing tools and a proven track record of creating engaging social media content. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a keen eye for detail, proficient in both capturing stunning visuals and editing polished videos that align with brand goals.

Responsibilities:

Cinematography:

• Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and other marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop shot lists, storyboards, and visual concepts that align with project objectives.
• Operate and maintain professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear to achieve cinematic quality.
• Ensure consistent visual aesthetics, including framing, composition, and lighting, tailored to each platform's requirements.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and AI-powered editing tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Runway, or similar).
• Leverage AI tools to streamline editing processes, including automated color grading, audio enhancement, motion tracking, and content optimization for social media algorithms.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and effects to enhance video storytelling and brand identity.
• Optimize videos for various social media platforms, ensuring proper formatting, aspect ratios, and durations (e.g., vertical videos for Reels/TikTok, square for Instagram, widescreen for YouTube).

Content Strategy & Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing and social media teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience preferences.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to maximize engagement and reach.
• Provide creative input during pre-production, including scriptwriting, concept development, and visual style guides.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Organize and archive footage, ensuring efficient workflow and accessibility for future use.
• Provide progress updates and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine deliverables.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cinematographer and/or Video Editor.
• Demonstrated experience creating and editing video content for social media platforms (portfolio or reel required).
• Proven expertise in using AI-powered editing tools to enhance video production workflows.
• Proficiency in cinematography equipment (e.g., DSLR/mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear).
• Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Hands-on experience with AI editing tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Runway, Descript, or similar) for tasks like automated editing, color correction, or audio enhancement.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media video specifications and optimization techniques.
  
  Strong storytelling and creative vision with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, audience behaviors, and platform-specific content strategies.
