As an infrastructure development company, we do everything from design to installation of signages and from design-build services (construction) to renovations of structures. With decades of experience under our belt, we have mastered the art of interpreting our clients' ideas and delivering on their signage/branding & construction/renovations projects.
Our expertise in the design, fabrication, installation, maintenance, construction and rehabilitation of physical infrastructure has helped increase our clients' brand presence, promote safety and enhance the general quality of life of individual stakeholders within our society and foster profitable business partnerships with all our clients.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Business Development and Marketing Executive
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and generate Business Development & Sales opportunities across the company's sectors.
- Expand the company's customer base by 50% through strategic outreach and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuous support.
- Conduct market research and analyse marketing metrics
- Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Develop and implement promotional plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Develop a strategic marketing plan and implement the same
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development and sales, ideally within the signage, branding, advertising, construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of signage and the construction industry as it relates to marketing
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, achieving targets, and building strong client relationships.
- Additional Skills: Proposal writing, Knowledge of Digital Marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to conduct market intelligence and demonstrate strategic thinking.
