Your Responsibilities...
Styling & Creative Direction

• You will lead all photoshoot styling, model selection, and campaign execution.
• You will collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams on concepts and seasonal campaigns.
• You will develop styling guides, mood boards, and merchandising plans aligned with brand identity.
• You will ensure timely rollout of creative campaigns with consistency and quality.
• You will stay informed on global fashion trends to guide styling and visual strategy.

Visual Merchandising Execution

• You will design and implement in-store, mannequin, and window displays.
• You will ensure all stores meet merchandising standards and visual guidelines.
• You will oversee seasonal updates, campaign launches, and product-focused displays.
• You will review line sheets, VM tools, and display materials for accuracy.
• You will conduct regular store visits to assess execution and recommend improvements.

Planning, Coordination & Reporting

• You will create timelines and production plans for all visual and styling deliverables.
• You will coordinate with Retail, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
• You will track product sell-through and generate insights for visual optimization.
• You will prepare reports on store visits, campaign performance, and resolutions.

Leadership & Team Development

• You will supervise and mentor Visual Merchandising Officers and Style Facilitators.
• You will assign tasks, review output, and uphold visual quality standards.
• You will promote a culture of creativity, discipline, and high performance.

To Be Considered for This Role, You Should Have...

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• 3â5 years' experience in visual merchandising, styling, or creative direction.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and retail display expertise.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Competence in trend analysis, styling, and brand storytelling.
