About Us

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive who will be the face and voice of the clinic — welcoming patients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front office.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Handle inbound phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails efficiently
• Register new patients and update existing records accurately
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Provide information on services, pricing, and treatment plans
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, calm, and organized
• Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors to manage patient flow
• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and minor complaints with courtesy and care
Requirements
• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
• At least 1–2 years experience in a front desk or customer service role (healthcare experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy — comfortable using scheduling software, Microsoft suite, WhatsApp Business, etc.
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure
• Polite, professional, and patient-friendly demeanor
• Flexible and available to work weekends if required
Must reside around Surulere Axis for easy commute to work
