About the Role:

Aiki Services is seeking a seasoned Technical Operations Executive to lead all technical activities across our B2B and B2C service lines. This role is the highest-ranking technical leadership position, directly responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and operational excellence of every technical project and service delivered.

You will oversee deployed technicians, manage field operations, and serve as the final authority on technical standards and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise all technicians across B2B and B2C projects.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for clients and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Oversee maintenance and accountability of all technical tools, resources, and equipment.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety standards across operations.
  • Collaborate with the Academy team to validate training content and certify graduate readiness.
  • Develop and update operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or a related technical field).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technical operations, facility management, or project supervision.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC).
  • Proven leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting abilities.
