Role OverviewThis 3-month internship offers hands-on operations management experience with potential for full-time employment. You'll maintain our remote infrastructure and support cross-functional operations in a dynamic startup environment.
What You'll Do- Manage and maintain remote operational tools, including SharePoint, MS Teams, and Work Tracker.
- Support operations across accounting, HR, legal, and project management functions.
- Collaborate to enhance workflows and drive operational efficiencies.
- Take ownership of challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring seamless business continuity.
- Develop leadership skills and comprehensive business operations.
- Recent graduate in Management, IT Management, or related field.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and fully dedicated to operational excellence.
- Ability to respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools preferred.
