Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, analyzing, and supervising construction projects to ensure structural safety, durability, and compliance with industry standards.

Please note: This position is strictly on-site and is not remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and oversee structural engineering projects, ensuring safe, functional, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct structural analysis using appropriate engineering tools and software.
  • Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  • Evaluate project requirements and collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate execution of project specifications.
  • Inspect project sites to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design standards, and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop project budgets, material estimates, and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose effective engineering solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance to construction teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, engineering technologies, and construction materials.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, structural analysis, and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Age: Not above 32 years.
  • Must be available for full on-site work; remote or hybrid options are not available.
