Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while building strong relationships with clients and closing profitable deals.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, highly motivated, and skilled in sales and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients (buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants)
  • Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
  • Conduct property inspections, viewings, and site visits with clients
  • Negotiate property prices, terms, and closing conditions on behalf of clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and follow up on sales leads and client documentation
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitors
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline (Real Estate, Marketing, or Business is an advantage)
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of the local property market
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, CRM tools, social media)
  • Must be well-presented and professional
