About the Role

We're looking for a creative and hands-on Video Editor / Videographer who can bring ideas to life through powerful visuals. You'll be responsible for shooting and editing videos, capturing high-quality photos of business-related activities, and creating content that reflects our brand's professionalism and energy. Graphic design skills will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Capture videos and photos of business events, team activities, interviews, and promotional shoots.
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form content for digital platforms.

Video Editing:

  • Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Add graphics, animations, transitions, and sound design to create polished final products.

Photography:

  • Take professional photos of people, products, and events for use in marketing materials and company publications.
  • Edit and retouch photos to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.

Design & Brand Integration:

  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency across all media.
  • Apply basic graphic design principles when creating thumbnails, overlays, and promotional materials.

Optimization & Management:

  • Optimize videos and photos for various platforms (aspect ratio, resolution, file size).
  • Manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and project teams to align visual storytelling with brand strategy.
  • Communicate effectively to understand briefs and provide creative input.

Growth Mindset:

  • Stay updated with trends in video editing, photography, and design tools to continuously improve content quality.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop (or similar tools).
  • Creative Eye: Strong sense of composition, color, lighting, and storytelling.
  • Graphic Design (Plus): Experience with creating social media graphics or motion designs.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing both video and photography work is required.
  • Communication: Excellent collaboration and feedback-handling skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Education: Degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
