About the Role

Fort Knox Outsourcing is hiring an experienced Insulation Fitter (Level 3) to carry out insulation work on industrial and mechanical systems with limited supervision. The role involves ensuring quality, safety, and accuracy in the installation of insulation materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out insulation installation and repair works independently.
  • Measure, cut, and fit insulation on piping systems, ducts, and vessels.
  • Apply cladding and finishing layers as required.
  • Supervise small teams of lower-level fitters when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and work schedules.

OHSE Responsibilities

  • Comply with safety policies and report incidents promptly.
  • Promote the safe use of materials and tools.
  • Participate in safety briefings and drills.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong technical and measurement accuracy.
  • Ability to train and guide junior workers.
  • Effective communication and planning skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.

Knowledge & Technical Requirements

  • Solid understanding of insulation materials, methods, and cladding systems.
  • Familiarity with project specifications and site documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Technical Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • 4–6 years of experience in mechanical insulation works.
