We are looking for a world-class Corporate Communications Specialist to shape Strivo Labs' voice, drive brand visibility, manage all communication flows, and support strategic growth across all our service pillars.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Corporate Communications Specialist will own Strivo Labs' brand narrative — internally and externally. You will develop compelling content, strengthen our thought leadership, ensure communication consistency across our business units (Technology, Talent, Transformation, Corporate Acceleration), and manage our reputation with clients, partners, media, and industry stakeholders.

This role requires excellent writing skills, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and powerfully.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Corporate & External Communications

• Develop and manage corporate communications strategy across all service lines for our businesses and our clients.

• Draft press releases, corporate statements, client announcements, and executive communications.

• Strengthen Strivo's brand positioning in the African and diaspora markets.

• Manage external communication channels: website, newsletters, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry publications.

• Support PR opportunities and thought leadership placements for the CEO and senior executives.

1. Content Development & Thought Leadership

• Produce high-quality articles, whitepapers, case studies, and industry insights across tech, talent, and digital transformation.

• Translate our consulting work into compelling, public-facing content.

• Support the creation of service brochures, proposals, pitch decks, and corporate reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to build striking narratives around Strivo Labs' projects, frameworks, and innovation.

1. Internal Communications

• Build effective internal communications frameworks to enhance culture, alignment, and execution discipline.

• Write internal memos, onboarding content, leadership updates, and strategic guidance documents.

• Support People Operations with communications for policies, performance systems, events, and culture initiatives.

1. Brand & Reputation Management

• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints — voice, visuals, messaging.

• Monitor brand perception and manage communication risks.

• Prepare crisis communication responses where needed.

1. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Create communication materials for client engagements, workshops, launches, and transformation projects.

• Support the Business Development team with outreach content, coordinated messaging, and communication assets.

• Provide communication guidance during major client transformation or technology rollouts.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

• 3–6 years experience in corporate communications, PR, content strategy, or brand communications.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills (clear, persuasive, corporate tone).

• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and powerfully.

• Experience with B2B communication, consulting, technology, or professional services is an added advantage.

• Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and project management capability.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high standards.
