About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that communicate our brand's identity and enhance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design creative materials for digital platforms, print media, property brochures, outdoor advertising, social media campaigns, and email newsletters.

Design and edit visuals for property listings, virtual tours, presentations, and corporate communications.

Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Use photo manipulation and image retouching techniques to create polished, professional visuals that highlight properties and brand assets.

Develop motion graphics and short animations for social media, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

1-2 years proven experience as a Creative Designer, preferably proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.

Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of print, digital, and motion design projects.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong skills in photo manipulation, retouching, and image enhancement.
