Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lekki for a Fashion Designer & Customer Consultation Lead for our female brand . Daily responsibilities include designing intricate, high-quality garments such as suits, gowns, and other womens wears. The role also requires conducting fittings, advising customers on design choices, and ensuring excellent customer consultations that align with their needs and preferences. Leadership and coordination responsibilities include overseeing the design and tailoring processes to ensure satisfaction and quality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Fashion Design and Fashion concepts to create sophisticated and functional clothing
  • Expertise in Embroidery and Textiles for detailed craftsmanship and quality material selection
  • Strong skills in Fitting and understanding bespoke tailoring techniques to ensure precision and comfort
  • Excellent customer consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Leadership ability to manage design and tailoring processes effectively
  • Experience in creating traditional wears such as kaftans and agbada will be an added advantage
  • Attention to detail and a drive for delivering high-quality, elegant designs
  • Relevant qualification in fashion design or a related field is preferred
