The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to
build, optimize, and scale
the SASRec platform while working closely with the CEO to align technology with business and health system needs. You'll be a
strategic thinker
and
hands-on builder
, able to translate vision into action with precision and speed.

This is an opportunity to join as a

Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    design, development, and deployment
    of the SASRec web, mobile, and blockchain components.
  • Identify and integrate
    strategic technology partnerships
    that enhance interoperability and user experience.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on product roadmap and system architecture.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and compliant infrastructure (HIPAA/GDPR-aligned).
  • Manage integrations with health facilities, insurance systems, and government identity platforms.
  • Think critically and strategically to ensure project success and timely delivery.
  • Maintain existing builds, optimize performance, and ensure system uptime.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–4 years' experience in
    software or product development
    ideally in
    healthtech or SaaS.
  • Proficiency in
    Full Stack Development
    (React, , Python/Django, or similar).
  • Experience with
    Cloud Infrastructure
    (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and
    API design.
  • Familiarity with
    blockchain integration
    and
    data security frameworks
    .
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
