Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, client meetings, proposal creation, collaboration with internal teams, and monitoring the competitive landscape. The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication to build and maintain a successful business network.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation
  • Experience in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Ability to set and meet ambitious revenue growth goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the security or consultancy industry is an advantage
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
