Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (6-month pilot)

Industry: Operations / Logistics / Fintech support

About the role:

Manage cash logistics, float distribution, security and reconciliation across pilot POS sites. The supervisor coordinates float top-ups, conducts random site audits, and supports the Project Lead with operational controls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage central float account and distribute/collect float to/from field agents.
  • Conduct weekly physical audits and spot checks at pilot sites.
  • Coordinate cash deposits to bank and liaise with aggregator settlements.
  • Ensure secure transport of cash (use of runners or third-party services where necessary).
  • Train field agents on cash handling and reconciliation procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in cash logistics, operations or supervisory roles.
  • Strong integrity and experience managing cash movements.
  • Ability to coordinate with banks and third-party logistics.
  • Good numeracy and record-keeping; comfortable working in the field.

Salary Range: ₦100000 per month (depending on scope and experience) + transport allowance
