Job summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate has experience in selling solar/renewable energy products, understands the full sales cycle and face-to-face client interaction.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients for solar products and solutions.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to present solutions and quotations.
    Manage the complete sales process: marketing quotation solution negotiation sale- payment.
  • Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in selling solar/renewable energy products & client-facing sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and project follow-up.
  • Results-oriented & ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
