Role Overview

We are a forward-thinking law firm delivering strategic, practical, and industry-relevant legal solutions across Intellectual Property Law, Corporate & Commercial Advisory, Media, Entertainment, and Technology Law. The firm supports enterprises by providing clear, business-focused legal guidance tailored to evolving commercial realities. We are seeking a Legal Associate who is research-driven, intellectually agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

Salary up to 500K per month.

Key Responsibilities


•    Conduct in-depth legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions and advisory support.


•    Support clients on Intellectual Property matters, including protection, enforcement, and compliance.


•    Handle CAC registrations, incorporations, post-incorporation filings, and regulatory compliance matters.


•    Assist with corporate and commercial transactions, contracts, and advisory work.


•    Support litigation matters, including drafting processes, court filings, and case preparation (where applicable).


•    Engage with clients professionally and provide timely, solution-oriented legal support.

Requirements


•  Must be a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years post-call experience.


•  Research-driven, smart, and able to multitask and think/learn on your feet.


•    Proven experience or strong working knowledge of Intellectual Property Law, Regulatory Compliance, and CAC registrations/incorporations.


•    Litigation experience is desirable but not mandatory.


•    Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.


•    Ability to work effectively within a hybrid working structure.
