Alliance Hospital and Services Limited is a Multi-Specialty Hospital located at No. 5 Malumfashi Close, Off Emeka Anyaoku Street, Area 11, Garki, F.C.T, Abuja. It was established with the goal of offering world class medical services thereby stopping medical tourism by Nigerians to foreign countries. To achieve this, we have set up a well-equipped hospital and assembled a team of highly motivated work force consisting of experts in different fields of Medicine and Surgery.

Alliance Hospital has most of the Medical and Surgical specialties fully functional. Our drive is quick and qualitative care at the lowest possible cost, while adhering to international best practice. The strategic location of the hospital in the heart of the Federal Capital Territory makes it easily accessible and the serene environment is a much needed elixir for our cherished patients.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Procurement Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Source reliable suppliers and maintain productive vendor partnerships.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of medical and non-medical supplies.
  • Review and process purchase orders in line with hospital procurement policies.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with units for accurate demand forecasting.
  • Track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date procurement records.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal audit requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience (healthcare sector experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor-management skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP procurement modules is an advantage.

Salary

N150,000 - N170,000 monthly.
