Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (e-commerce, CRM, marketing platforms).
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business performance.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Study competitors and identify gaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. -
  • Support the business development initiative by providing well-researched, driven data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and data reporting
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
