Spa Receptionist

• We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage appointment bookings via phone, walk-ins, and online platforms
• Answer client inquiries and provide information about spa services and products
• Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure timely appointments
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
• Monitor retail product sales and manage inventory as appropriate
• Assist in administrative tasks and daily spa operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (spa or hospitality industry preferred)
