Senior UI/UX Designer

We're seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer (preferably female)who combines creative vision with deep user empathy and technical precision. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital experiences that delight users and drive business goals. What You'll Do

Design User-Centered Experiences

Lead the design of responsive web and mobile interfaces that are visually engaging, accessible, and highly usable.

Conduct and synthesize user research, translating insights into personas, journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.

Create clear information architectures, intuitive navigation systems, and elegant interaction models that improve task completion and satisfaction.

Ensure every design decision aligns with user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Build Systems That Scale

Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines that ensure visual consistency across products.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design fidelity and smooth implementation.

Evolve design processes, standards, and workflows to improve team efficiency and output quality.

Champion Visual and Interaction Design

Apply modern visual design principles—typography, hierarchy, balance, color theory—to create clean and cohesive interfaces.

Design engaging micro-interactions and visual feedback that enhance usability and reinforce brand tone.

Translate complex user flows into seamless, human-centered experiences that feel effortless and intuitive.

Drive Product Thinking

Partner with product leads to define and prioritize design goals that align with strategy.

Evaluate user feedback and analytics to refine designs for continual improvement.

Who You Are

Required Experience

5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design, ideally within digital product or SaaS environments.

A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in interaction design, visual design, and UX problem-solving.

Proven track record of designing products or platforms from concept to launch.

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.

Technical Proficiency

Expert-level knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX design.

Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing platforms (e.g., Maze, InVision, ProtoPie).

Strong grasp of design systems, component-based workflows, and version control in collaborative environments.

Understanding of front-end development capabilities and constraints (HTML, CSS, React basics a plus).
