We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bridge the gap between creative thinking and technical execution. In this role, you will handle projects from the initial brief through to final physical output, ensuring high-quality results and technical accuracy. You will collaborate closely with clients and team members to enhance brand identities and empower businesses with efficient, versatile visual solutions.

3. Core Responsibilities (The "What")
  • Creative Design: Develop visually compelling designs for branding, social media, and marketing materials such as flyers, banners, business cards, and corporate stationery.
  • Pre-Press Production: Prepare print-ready files with correct color profiles (CMYK), bleed marks, margins, and high-resolution settings.
  • Print Management: Supervise the printing process, including operating digital or large-format printers where required and coordinating with external print vendors.
  • Material Selection: Recommend appropriate paper types, finishes (lamination, UV, embossing), and printing techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Review finished print materials to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from errors.
  • Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their needs, offer professional design guidance, and implement revisions when necessary.
4. Required Qualifications (The "Must-Haves")
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a design studio or commercial printing environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CorelDraw (essential for the Lagos print market) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Technical Print Knowledge: Proven experience with pre-press and post-press processes, including scaling designs for large-format printing without quality loss.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and completed physical print work.

  • Digital Integration: Familiarity with web design principles and multimedia production.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends and printing technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.
