The Opportunity

We're looking for a
UI/UX Designer
to join our
founding team
and shape the product experience from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about great design, real impact, and being part of an
energy-tech startup
with long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do

  • Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in
    Figma
    .
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering team to refine features and usability.
  • Develop a cohesive
    design system
    and visual identity for Joules Innovation.
  • Conduct simple user research and usability testing to validate designs.
  • Translate complex processes (like energy purchase, metering, and tracking) into
    simple, elegant interfaces
    .
