Job Overview

We're seeking an Art Director who will be the creative force behind all of our visual communications. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visuals that bring the brand and stories to life across digital, print, video, and photography.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Direction & Design
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve our visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and produce visual assets for brand campaigns, digital marketing, and product storytelling.
  • Design engaging materials including social media content, web visuals, presentation decks, and marketing collateral.
  • Lead art direction for photo and video shoots from concept to execution ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
  • Edit and refine photos and videos for campaigns and digital channels.
  • Translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts.
  • Ensure visual coherence across all our channels - website, social media, internal communications, and external campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and communication teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Maintain awareness of design trends, emerging tools, and technologies that can elevate our creative output.

Requirements (Experience & Education)

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, or Visual Designer (preferably within a tech or creative agency environment).
  • A strong creative portfolio showcasing work across branding, digital, presentation and multimedia formats. Skills & Competencies.
  • Exceptional design skills and visual sensibility - strong grasp of typography, layout, color, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Strong photo and video shooting and editing skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute across multiple mediums (graphic design, illustration, photography, video).
  • Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • You should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
