Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and build strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and guidance
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to closure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and other sales-related documents
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of sales success and team leadership
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
