Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telemarketing Agent. The Telemarketing Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, delivering sales pitches, promoting company products or services, and answering inquiries. The agent will maintain records of interactions, follow up with leads, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and provide assistance effectively
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills for professional and engaging interactions
• Basic Sales knowledge and the ability to persuade or inform potential customers about products or services
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet call and sales targets
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in sales or customer service would be an advantage
