Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Description

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the organization's products and services.
  • Generate leads and support sales activities to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Promote products and services through online and offline marketing channels.
  • Engage prospective and existing customers to build strong brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
  • Track marketing performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage customers and convert leads effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Title: RECEPTIONIST
(Marketing Background)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for members, visitors, and prospective clients
  • Welcome walk-in guests and provide guided information about Worknub's workspace plans and facilities
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally
  • Assist in converting inquiries into workspace bookings and memberships
  • Support marketing and promotional activities within the workspace
  • Maintain visitor logs, member records, and front-desk documentation
  • Ensure the reception and common areas remain neat, professional, and welcoming

Requirements & Qualifications

  • OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front-desk officer, or customer service professional
  • Marketing, sales, or client engagement experience is a strong advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workspace environment
