EXPANDED KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Recruitment Delivery & Execution

  • Vacancy Execution: Manage assigned recruitment mandates from job briefing through candidate placement, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates using structured methodologies, professional networks, and approved sourcing channels.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and feedback loops between clients and internal teams.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct competency-based screenings to ensure candidates meet role-specific, cultural, and performance expectations.
  • Offer & Placement Support: Support offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding handover in collaboration with HR/Admin and Client Success teams.
  • B. Client-Focused Recruitment Support
  • Requirement Clarification: Work closely with the HR Team Lead and clients to fully understand role expectations, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Service Quality Assurance: Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
  • Placement Integrity: Ensure all candidate submissions meet Bridgemead's quality and compliance standards, protecting the firm's reputation and client trust.

C. Recruitment Process & Data Management

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, candidate trackers, and status updates across all active mandates.
  • Documentation & Records: Ensure proper documentation of recruitment processes, candidate records, and client feedback in line with internal policies.
  • Reporting Support: Provide timely recruitment status reports to the HR Team Lead, highlighting progress, risks, and delivery timelines.

D. Compliance & Internal Coordination

  • Process Adherence: Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies, data protection requirements, and client agreements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Admin/HR, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless invoicing triggers, onboarding, and post-placement support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute insights on sourcing efficiency, candidate quality, and process improvements to enhance recruitment delivery outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline.
  • 0–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing environment; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, adapt quickly to client requirements, and work independently with initiative.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, candidate assessment techniques, and structured interview processes; experience across professional, technical, and managerial roles is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with labour laws, recruitment compliance requirements, and data protection standards is desirable.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Google Workspace) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and candidates professionally.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and proactive approach to supporting clients and the HR team.
  • Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
