  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team to oversee and manage structural and infrastructure aspects of our ongoing and upcoming developments.
  • The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and managing construction projects to ensure structural integrity, cost efficiency, and compliance with standards. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical, analytical, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all civil works and construction activities on project sites.
  • Prepare, review, and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Supervise site inspections and quality control processes.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor progress and prepare technical reports on project status.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
  • Assist in the design and structural analysis of new development projects.
  • Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Report to the Project Manager and carryout other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post NYSC experience in building construction, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • COREN certification or in-view is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other structural analysis software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high commitment to quality and safety standards.
