Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Officer with a solid track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within short timeframes in the Nigerian real estate market.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of the company's residential and commercial properties to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Convert leads into successful property sales within short sales cycles.
  • Provide clients with accurate property information, pricing, and investment benefits.
  • Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Nigerian real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within short timeframes.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (added advantage).
