Responsibilities

  • Oversee facility operations, including repairs, maintenance, utility management and vendor coordination
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE policies, standards and regulations
  • Conduct routine inspections, safety drills and risk assessments
  • Manage office space setup and environmental practices

Qualifications

  • A degree in Facility Management, Environmental Science or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in facilities roles
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and safety systems
  • Strong attention to details, good communication and good reporting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Safety documentation
  • A certification in HSE is an added advantage
