JOB SUMMARY

This position provides process engineering and flow assurance support within TIER 2 of DW SMART Rooms and interfaces with Process & Flow Assurance Team for completeness and integrity of recommendations to Site. Technology involved on the job include Deepwater Technology, Subsea Production Systems, Marine and FPSO Operations (separation, dehydration, gas compression, oil offloading).

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

Follow-up activities of the offshore teams and remain available (TIER 2) to provide and/or obtain required assistance and support upon initiation by the FPSOs SMART RoomFollow up the implementation of Process and Flow Assurance recommendations to site and facilitate necessary adaptation to meet evolution of site condition or operational team requestFamiliar with Company Rules and Specifications and applies the requirements during studiesAssist to provide process input for facility modification and upgrade studiesParticipate in troubleshooting activities for the FPSOs and recommend optimizationsIs able to use process simulation tools to perform studies for production optimization, forecasting, small modifications, etc.Performs Process & Flow Assurance studies when requested and recommend performance optimization or upgradeEnsure the respect of deadlines for assigned tasks and studiesParticipate in safety review (HAZID, HAZOP, etc.) for site modificationsParticipate in the close out of actions resulting from audits such as OPERSAFE, HAZOP, HAZID, etc.Liaise with Tier 3 Process & Flow Assurance team to provide technical support to Sites & SMART Rooms for specialized studies or activities (e.g. pigging, well clean up, etc.)Contribute to preparation or update of Operating Manuals, Procedures, and performance test protocolsParticipate in mobilization of 3rd party to Site or for Studies led by Process & Flow Assurance teamAssist with implementation of DW Sand Management Guidelines and related activitiesParticipates in REx and maintain a REx log of Process and Flow Assurance recommendations to Site & SMART Room

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assist in troubleshooting and optimization of processes and equipment for quick resolution of process problemsProvide priority support to DW SMART Room and site within TIER 2Perform process and flow assurance studies at TIER 2 or TIER 3 level within agreed time schedule.

HSE OBJECTIVES

Familiarize self with Company's emergency procedures and carry out assigned responsibilities in such a manner that ensures personal safety and those of othersSupport the safety culture within Company by reporting any incident, unsafe act or operation.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Education: Minimum BENG in Chemical Engineering or related engineering disciplineProfessional Experience: 0 to 3 years in oil and gas industry or othersLanguage: Fluent spoken and excellent written English
