Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Lagos. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing leads and opportunities, and delivering sales presentations. Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and preparing reports. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and customer engagement
- Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented and able to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
- Experience in any of the company's service sectors (e.g., Real Estate) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
