With a team that diverse, we are setting new standards of performance and raising the bar in excellent service delivery.We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position BelowJob Title: Business Development ManagerLocation: Lekki, LagosEmployment Type: Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.Identify new business opportunities in local, regional, and international markets, focusing on corporate accounts, travel agents, event planners, and tour operators.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to proactively adjust sales strategies.Sales & Relationship ManagementProactively prospect, qualify, and secure new business contracts for group bookings, corporate stays, conferences, and banquets.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients and high-value decision-makers.Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the hotel's unique selling propositions.Revenue GenerationWork closely with the Revenue Manager to align pricing and inventory strategies with business development goals.Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing hotel revenue.Track and manage a sales pipeline using the hotel's CRM or property management system (PMS).Reporting & CollaborationPrepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, lost business, and market trends for the General Manager and executive team.Collaborate effectively with the Front Office, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of successful business development or senior sales experience, preferably within the hotel, hospitality, or travel industry.Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets and negotiating large-scale contracts.Networking: An established network of corporate contacts, event organizers, or travel agencies is highly advantageous.Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office Suite.SalaryN100,000 – N150,000 monthly.Application Closing Date18th November, 2025.Don't Keep Kindly Share:
