About the Role
Devand Agency is looking for a highly organized and proactive Contract HR Personnel who will primarily handle recruitment for our clients across different industries. This role is project-based and ideal for someone experienced with talent sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring needs, job roles, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Prepare, post, and manage job ads across platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
- Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone/virtual screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate assessments and test assignments.
- Provide weekly recruitment reports/updates.
- Support clients with onboarding documentation when required.
HR Support
- Draft job descriptions for clients.
- Maintain a talent pipeline database for frequently requested roles.
- Assist in developing HR processes, handbooks, and documentation for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter or HR personnel (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong ability to source across multiple industries (admin, sales, technical, digital, finance, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Familiarity with modern hiring tools
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client requests at once.
- Must be reliable, prompt, and detail-oriented.
Contract Terms
- Contract: 3–6 months (extendable).
- Work style: Remote with occasional physical meetings (if required).
