Job summary

The Solar Technician Support Officer is responsible for providing technical assistance in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar and inverter systems. The role involves supporting field operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, delivering timely customer support, and maintaining accurate service reports.

Job descriptions & requirements

Rsponsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of systems according to company standards.
  • Carry out routine maintenance, servicing, and corrective repairs on client systems.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports for every assigned task via the approved reporting platform (e.g., CRM, job cards).
  • Document faults, actions taken, parts replaced, and recommendations clearly.
  • Work cooperatively with the Technical Lead, operations team, and other officers.
  • Follow instructions and assigned timelines without unilateral decision-making.
  • Ability to work flexible hours Mon - Saturday
  • Willingness to travel interstate when necessary
  • Participate in trainings and performance reviews as required.

Requirements:

  • Must reside within or close to Ejigbo, Lagos.
  • Ability to resume promptly when required.
  • Electrical knowledge is a plus
  • Willingness to deliver exceptional to customer satisfaction
