Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant located in Lekki. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. The role also involves collaborating with the project management team and ensuring that the recruitment processes align with client project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Ability to understand and meet client needs effectively
  • Knowledge of various industries, including Telecoms, IT, Construction, Transportation, Energy, Sports, Environmental, and Healthcare, would be beneficial
  • Effective project management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Lekki
