Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based on Lagos Island for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, develop and implement content strategies, optimize social media content to maximize engagement, and ensure brand consistency. The role involves coordinating online communication efforts, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing and managing Content Strategies for diverse platforms
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track social media performance
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital trends and audience engagement strategies
