Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at GloVal Properties Nigeria Limited, located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The
Sales Associate
will handle responsibilities such as assisting with day-to-day operations, facilitating property transactions, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation. The Officer may also support marketing efforts, coordinate with third-party vendors, and provide valuable insights to enhance business strategies, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in client relationship management.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or business development within the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in documentation, data management, and organizational tasks.
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic administrative tools.
