  • Plan and maintain a content calendar ensuring consistent posting and brand tone.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and foster community relationships.
  • Collaborate with design, media, and content teams to produce visually appealing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms.
  • Run paid ad campaigns and monitor ROI on sponsored content.
  • Support influencer partnerships and social collaborations.
  • Manage brand reputation and social media crisis communication when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media tools and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is an advantage.
  • Experience running social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital storytelling.
